UPD: New version described and available here.

I have noticed that AGPM 4.0 loses all settings from classic ADM-templates when you are trying to edit controlled GPO. So here they are: ADMX-version of ADM-templates for SCCM 2007/2012 client (they both share same keys in registry).
You can use it as replacement for ConfigMgrAssignment.adm, ConfigMgrInstallation.adm, CONFIGMGR2007ASSIGNMENT.ADM and CONFIGMGR2007INSTALLATION.ADM even without AGPM, just to discontinue using of old technologies and stay with newest only.

It doesn't have so much differences with original version, I just made some cosmetic changes. I made it simple, with one (OK, two) file, instead of, you know, base file, server settings file and so on, because it wasn't my purpose - all I wanted was to get ability to change SCCM settings via AGPM without needing to fill all these fields again every time when I change one of the settings.
I hope it will be helpful for you.

And here is a mirror for the files: http://narod.ru/disk/61459036001.8c080915b1789f8edfbfe420c3131095/SCCM%20Client%20ADMX.zip.html
