Hardware Update Wizard is not working (Solution)
When you trying update or install driver via CompMgmt.msc and clicking "Update driver" nothing happened. Make sure that you`ve got these errors in System log:

Just copy NEWDEV.DL_ from distributive to %SYSTEMROOT%\System32\newdev.dll.
